For direct bookings, enjoy the convenience of an early check-in starting from 2 pm and a relaxed late checkout at 11 am.
For Bookings through Platforms (Booking.com, etc.):
Check-in time is set at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am.

If you anticipate arriving after 10 pm, kindly notify us in advance.
A late check-in fee of £20 per hour will be applied for arrivals after 10 pm to cover additional staffing costs.

If you are staying at Mike’s Cottage, you have the special option to dine at Beechwood Lodge, just 2 miles away. Or if you would like to cook for yourself, we can arrange for groceries to be brought in before arrival.

Cancellation of Non-Refundable Booking:
For non-refundable bookings, the full value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 14 Days of Arrival:
If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the full cost of your stay will be charged.

Pre-Arrival Email:
Once your booking has been paid in full, anticipate receiving a pre-arrival email 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

This email will contain crucial information, including confirmation of your booking details, travel directions to the property, and instructions on how to access the keys.
Confirmation of Arrival Time:
As part of the pre-arrival process, we kindly request you to confirm your expected arrival time. This allows us to better prepare for your check-in and ensure a personalized experience.

Mike’s Cottage also offers a bath, however, you would need to book the entire cottage.
Mike’s Cottage provides a fully enclosed garden.
Beechwood lodge’s garden is fenced off however, if the pup went into the stream they would be able to get out.
