I started by managing a small B&B, which I successfully turned into a thriving guesthouse. I have worked in property all my life. With a background in hospitality, retail, and business management, I bring hands-on expertise to every property we manage.

I’m on a mission to make use of our unoccupied properties in the Highlands.

My partner Michaels joinery background and daughter Kristines Interior Design background comes in handy when it comes to making the most of your properties.

Story A: Complete Renovation

The Problem:
The property needed full renovation but the landlord could only invest a small amount.
Our Solution:
We shared the cost of the refurbishment and took care of all the work, making sure it was done to a standard we’d be proud of.
The Result:
The property was fully transformed and now stays booked, while the landlord covered only half the renovation costs and earns steady income.

This beautiful little cabin was ready for guests, but managing it became difficult. The landlord often had to close it over weekends, leading to lost income.
